I believe we can be ambitious and kind, disciplined and empathetic, successful and grounded. High standards push us to grow, and compassion reminds u to do it in a way that lifts others along the way.
We don't have to choose between excellence and empathy. We can hold ourselves to high standards while extending grace. ​ We can build successful businesses without sacrificing integrity. We can pursue ambition without losing sight of the people around us.
